I gave you a tough job. Really tough. My rental house.1750 sf. The prior tenant had moved out and said the house was dean. Ready for the new tenants. Upon inspection I was in disbelief. They had 2 dogs and 2 cats. Good references. I have a large fenced, nicely landscaped yard. The yard had been totally destroyed. The house was filthy. I am a very busy person with a job that requires long hours, but I started to clean. 5 hours in just the master bedroom and I sat down and cried. I mentally and physically could not do it. I called you. You had a quote, a date to start and assured me that it would be taken care of within 12 hours. You told me to go home and get some rest that you had this handled. And you did. The pictures show the "Clean" house. Your crew (including the beautiful Mona) was there when you said — you cleaned — you made my house beautiful again. Your invoice was within my budget and very dose to what you quoted (even though you quoted sight unseen). That was a huge relief. I never thought I could afford to have a cleaning service help me.
I will never be able to thank you enough for the professional — prompt - cleaning job you did on my home.
